This certificate is good for six months from the date I receive notification of your prize. The clubs I sponsor typically send notifications one or two days after your actual award. Your prize is good from the moment you receive it, of course; basing its expiration date on the date we receive the notification actually adds a couple of days to your calendar six-month period.

This certificate entitles you to any of the following:

1.75% off of the price of any home or club in my inventory of pre-built properties;*

2. 50% off of the base price on any new custom construction of a home or club;**

3. Any one of the adult toys in my inventory of pre-built toys, free of charge;** or

4. 50% off the construction of a custom new toy.**

5. You may redeem one certificate each month for a custom-built property.

6. You may redeem one certificate each month for a custom-built toy.

7. You may redeem up to four certificates each month for pre-built properties or toys

You may give your certificate as a gift to another person. If you do, please e-mail Lion_Greywolf advising him of the gift.

You may not sell, give, or otherwise transfer any property you obtain from us either from the pre-built inventory or as a custom project.   

You may not sell, give, or otherwise transfer a toy.You may, however, copy the toy to other properties that you own.

Please be aware that some toys require bots. If you are not UVIP, you will need to have me install the toy in a property where you already have a bot.

There are signs in the toy store section of my offices showing which toys require bots. I can install a toy that does not require a bot in any eligible property.

* The pre-built property prize is free of charge EXCEPT for the RLC-imposed transfer fee, which at present is 20 rays.  

If you select Sandal Cay, there will be a 30- to 45-day delay in filling your order because I must build it (again) from scratch.
